Introduction:
The ozolite 0600L is a Lipolytic enzyme produced by SSF of the genetically engineered strain of C. cylendracia. The enzyme is used in the detergent formulations to remove fat containing stains. Such as those resulting from frying fats, salad oils, butter, fat based sauces, certain cosmetics eg; lipstick etc.The enzyme hydrolyses triglycerides in to mono- & diglycerides, glycerol &free fatty acids, which are easily removable from the fabric.
Activity
The lipolytic activity is determined relative toan analytical standard under the following condition:
Substrate - Olive oil substrate emulation
Temperature - 50.c
pH - 8.5

Enzyme Properties
Fig 1 & 2 illustrate the activity of Ozolite0600L at various temperatures and pH values commonly found in laundry detergents.
Solubility
The granules ofenzyme are readily soluble in detergent solutions in all levels of concentration, temperature & pH which may occur in normal uses.
Toxicology
Enzyme is produced by a non-toxicogenic and non-pathogenic eco-friendly strain of micro-organism to ensure environmental safety.
Storage & stability
The granular enzyme is very stable on storage. The granular composition protects the enzyme from other chemicals in the detergent formulations and from external denaturing condtions.To retain maximum activity the product should be stored at moderate temperature in the original containers in airtight condition.
Packing
The product is available in 1 kg, 5kg and 25 kg plastic containers. Customized pack equivalent to batch dosing is offered as a part of customer services.
Usage in detergent formulation
The recommended usage of Ozolite 0600L is 0.5 to 1.0 % of the detergent. Determination of the exact amount of enzyme required for laundry application should be based on wash condition, detergent formulae, amount of detergent used per wash and the level of cleaning performance desired.
Biodegradability
Ozolite 0600L is 100% biodegradable.
Handling Precautions
Enzymes dust may cause sanitization when inhaled.Unnecessory cantact with the product and inhalation of dust should be avoided. In case of spillage or contact with the skin or eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
